Your Thoughts Have Power

By

Have you ever been sitting there, thinking about someone, and then moments later your phone lights up with a text from that very person? It’s almost like magic, right? But is it really magic, or could it be something deeper, like energy aligning between you and them?

Here’s the thing about energy: it’s everywhere, flowing through us and around us, connecting us in ways we don’t always understand. When you think about someone—really focus on them—it’s as if you’re sending out a signal, a little nudge to the universe. And sometimes, just sometimes, that signal gets picked up. Maybe that’s why their name pops up on your screen when you least expect it.

Is It Coincidence or Energy?

Some might say it’s just coincidence. But for those of us who believe in the power of connection, it feels like so much more. It’s as if the bond you share with that person transcends time and space, allowing your thoughts and feelings to intertwine in the most subtle ways. Maybe it’s love, friendship, or simply the unspoken understanding between two souls. Whatever it is, it’s special, and it’s worth paying attention to.

What Should You Do About It?

Here’s my advice: if you love or care about that person, don’t keep it to yourself. Whether it’s a friend, a partner, or even someone you’ve drifted apart from, let them know they’re on your mind. A simple text like, “Hey, I was just thinking about you and hope you’re doing well,” can mean the world to someone. You don’t know what they’re going through or how much they might need a reminder that someone out there loves them.

Think about it: how many times has a kind word or an unexpected message completely turned your day around? The same could happen for them. Your words might be the light they need in that moment, a small spark that changes their perspective or gives them the courage to keep going.

Love Has the Power to Transform

Love isn’t always about grand gestures. Sometimes, it’s in the small things like the quick check-ins, the unexpected calls, the little reminders that say, “I see you, I value you, I’m here for you.” Don’t hold back from expressing those feelings. Life is unpredictable, and we never know when someone might need to feel that energy of love and care.

So, the next time you think about someone, reach out. Send that text. Make that call. Tell them you love them, or that you’re proud of them, or that they’re doing a great job at simply being who they are. It might not just change their day; it could change their life friend… and maybe even yours, too.
